At FrozenFry, we offer a 24 Hours full money-back guarantee. If you sign up for FrozenFry and find that it’s not a perfect fit, you can claim for refund – Go to menu Support> Request a Refund, Fill details and we will process your refund within 3 working days (Mon to Fri).

What if tools working perfectly at the time of purchase and after using 5 days the service is down?

Don’t worry we will also refund after 5, 10 or 20 days, we just deduct your 5 days money and refund your 25 days amount. It means you can request a refund any time we full month refund policy. I.e. if you buy agency plan in $19 and use our service 20 days after that you want a refund we will refund your 10 days money $6.33.
